This Web Site (the "Site") is owned and operated by Easynet Connect Limited ("Easynet Connect").
Use of the Site The Site and the Easynet Connect Network may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. News Service The news element of the Content provided on the Site is provided by third parties and are protected by intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, database and trademark rights. Limitation of Liability Except in respect of death or personal injury arising from Easynet Connect's or its Content suppliers' negligence or that of its servants or agents, Easynet Connect and its Content suppliers, shall have no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including without limitation any special or consequential loss, nonmaterial loss, operating loss or loss of profit, business, goodwill, opportunity or potential saving, or any loss arising from, overdue delivery or incomplete delivery of content, from correctness or incomplete Content and all factors associated therewith and whether or not the possibility of such loss has been notified to Easynet Connect or its Content supplier.
The exemptions from liability above shall not apply if and in so far as the loss in question is incurred as a result of fraud, willful intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of Easynet Connect or its Content supplier and shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If and in so far as the above exemptions cannot be excluded, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easynet Connect's or its Content suppliers' liability shall be restricted to the amount paid in respect of the matter in question by Easynet Connect's or its Content suppliers' relevant liability insurer.
Links The Site contains various links to other websites and services operated by non-Easynet Connect related companies or persons ("Third Party Sites"). Your use of Third Party Sites may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Easynet Connect does not review the Content of the Third Party Site and a link to such sites does not indicate endorsement by Easynet Connect of the site. Easynet Connect consequently accepts no responsibility for any content or services available on Third Party Sites. Your dealings or services obtained on Third Party Sites are solely between you and the operator of the Third Party Site.
