SMTP Relay: Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. The service works by delivering mail directly from the sender to your local mail server. In the event that your local mail server is offline, mail is stored on Easynet Connect's backup mail servers for up to 14 days. Any stored emails on the backups are delivered to your mailserver once the connection is re-established.
