James Phillips, Owner & Director, Lewis Direct Mail Ltd

Robust broadband supports over 500 emails each week, including over 300 customer emails with mailing orders and detailed instructions
Secure exchange of sensitive, customer data to meet requirements of the Data Protection Act and industry best practice
Exceptional customer service, leaving Lewis Direct Mail to focus on its core business.
The Story - Lewis Direct Mail posts great results for its clients with SureStream broadband
Lewis Direct Mail was established in 1966 and is one of the leading direct mail companies for businesses. Following a management buyout in 1989 by James Phillips and his partner, Denis Harper, it has grown into a thriving business with over 30 employees based in four 20,000 square feet buildings equivalent to two football pitches in the Kings Cross area of London. It boasts an enviable client list from The Financial Times to the Economist and EMAP. A combination of loss of connectivity and poor customer service caused Lewis Direct Mail to switch providers to Easynet Connect.
