It has a wide range of clients, including the Iveagh Wealth Fund, which looks after the fortunes of the Guinness family. To ensure it spends more time focusing on these clients than anything else, Jordan Buchanan chose to invest in a range of online tools and software to run the bulk of its business, from client databases to storage and email.
